Cayman Contemporary
The conceptual design for a new duplex unit in Grand Cayman.
Daniel Island Renovation
Framing an extension to a 3rd floor conservatory to capture some amazing Wando River views and converting an existing porch to a morning room off of the kitchen. The blue cementitious shake siding is coming off and being replaced with NuCedar Shingles with warmer earth tones.
Charleston Harbor View
One of the most jaw dropping views of the Charleston Harbor greets you as you enter the large portico of this home. This home was inspired by British West Indies architecture with some contemporary touches.
Captain’s Island French Contemporary
This new residence on Captain’s Island, Daniel Island melds a classic architectural style with clean contemporary lines and opens up the living spaces to wide open views of the Wando River. Mature Live Oaks on the property and a new detached guest house give the design a vintage feel.
Sullivan’s Island Junior Officer’s Quarters
This new construction Sullivan’s Island home is inspired by the historic Junior Officer’s Quarters.
Captain’s Island River House
Captain’s Island is one of the last remaining luxury waterfront communities on Daniel Island. Situated between Ralston Creek and the Wando River, the designs are planned around grand trees and a strong connection to nature. Our design embraces the relaxed feel of a river home with lower roofs and expansive porches and blends carefully into the surrounding landscape.
Raven’s Run Shingle Style
Raven’s Run is a gated community in Mt. Pleasant, near the Isle of Palms connector. The community is built around 6 large lakes and named Raven’s Run for the private airstrip for the communities use. The design is an open concept shingle style home situated almost 2 acres of wooded property that backs up to the lake and private runway.
Currently under construction in upstate New York, This traditional style farmhouse combines elements from local building traditions of the late 19th century farmhouses in upstate New York with modern lifestyles.
Sonoma Renovation
Updates to a ranch style home in Sonoma, CA. This renovation creates an open concept floor plan and a stronger connection to the outdoors and the small vineyard on the property along with updating the garage interiors and adding a walk-in wine cellar.
